nuzul al-Quran morning... n i cudnt sleep..

its 7.37 am at d moment... huh.. cudnt sleep lpas sahur. took my sahur at 4.40am tdi hehe mkn ckit sj..nda nyaman bh mkn time sahur ani, mcm liur org damam rasanya yth nda brapa slera. den went 4solat subuh den trying 2go off 2bed balik..pusing kiri kanan, layah2 (teeheee)..cudnt sleep..like mata kn tdur, bdan pun lazy tpi mind keep on warming up..mcm enjin kreta baru kna start..mkin plg nda mau tdurr..
limpang2 punya limpang..ingat ckp my students minta bwa sungkai..and BWOH!! its like anak2 ku 25 org..mana kn cari buffet murah..abis2 i saw cheapest arnd $5 byk d restoran area batu bsurat.. huhuhuh...sdiakn jua budget.. ksian jua..like im their class/form teacher..n i love them..manakn jua klas 4science..basar2 n brakal2 sudh..i once rmmber mcm tani zaman2 umur durg iski jua kn 2geder2 sma kwn2 kn hanging out n mkn2.. so TING TONG! i hav an idea... why not go for sungkai 2gether dskulah sj..suruh sorg2 bwa mkanan ckit2..lama2 25org bawa plus me..it will all looks like a buffet..inda ja.. coz we did dat wit our colleagues dstaffroom..mbawa dlm 20org mknanan..kumpulkn..jdi buffet n serve almost all teachers dskulah ah..wahh siuk eh. dat was few days b4 ramadhan tu..iski bh cegu2 nya ah.
oh yea back 2my point... i cudnt sleep so i went online kn cek my students msn sapa2 yg online..kan spread the words... hmmm 2org sj online..enuf la utk pagi ani kn bgitau..canggih kn knk2 skrg..communicate wit d tcer thru msn..mun tani dulu2 kn..duii pulg kn ceta2 sma cegu ani pun kajar2 heheh.. btw.. i told them d idea..n both iskkiiii...so i asked them 2spread d words..jus 2make sure my kids ani nada plan esuk ptg..

Well...to tambah..(*ngaleh plg udh ku typing ni* :D ) dmlm went out witout any plan.. i went sungkai dkianggeh wit some old chatters fren..lama dh nda jumpa durg. i did mkn dis nasi grg cornbeef dgarai ujung towards d right.. very ujung lh..yg pkerjanya team baju merah.. kekek... actually awal i ordered kolo mee..yg sorg atu mkn nyaman..wen i ate my order doesnt fit my liur..so order nasi grg cornbeef lgi... n its nyamaannn..by 730pm kmi chow..so im not feeling kn balik rumh tarus..mood swing dtg balik *tears kluar lgi while alone dlm kreta*so i decided to calld up upon c dwen n cnah..luckily ther'r all freeee.... i fetch dwen drumh nya n met up cnah dqlap.. pastu pigi mall..raun2 2x baru dpt paking..atu pn kmi lalai beibunnn liat laki2 sja hahahahah...getting flirticious udh..*gatalll* after cuci mata liat org n brg d mall... (n not forgetting smpai hajatku bali chox Patchi d 1 wit almond, ada msih ni dlm 3pcs left..keke pkai sungkai krg :p) kaingggg leeheerrrr *errkkkk* k food court atas nada yg mnyelerakan...we went straight ke CoffeeBean... n d double decker cheese cake not available (d triple layer cake)....

7 Rapids Weight Loss Tips

7. One last thing is to change it up a little. This includes your diet and your workout routine. Rapid weight loss is more effective when you stick with it. Starting and stopping diet and exercise is hard on your system.

Being consistent is good not only for rapid weight loss, but long term weight loss as well.
