Chop Chop...

awu eh dis ladies talking bout lambchop stuff.. im not into lamb tho..nda pndai..not nda pndai..sumkind of galiieee heheheh..dun like d smell. tapi talking bout chopp aku suka chicken chop d restoran rizal lambakk n d tomyam also. again too much memoirs of dat place...oh god help me.. everytin is related to him... yesterday bump into him d jln lambak wit his new gurl .... arggghhhhh...my throat got stuked! i cnot breath.. we were on d opposite direction of d lmbak road area jkn msjid n milimewah atu bh..can u guys imagine jua tu jln sana atu plahan keta bjln... i dun want to look at him n d car wen we pass by each other..i dunno ia mliat aku kh nda.. smpai rumh mama lmbak..baru th burst mlatup ku nangis.... but dats it.. dtg migraine ku slajur dmlm atu..n i took 2panadols after sungkai.....
when dis things will be over..out of my sight n my mind..!??!?.. i dun want to tink bout it..but dtg sndiri... u all pun tau..it will take years to rcover... aduuiiii..i cnot imagine i will go thru my days in pain n tears...never mind.. i still have my gurl buddies to listen to me n 2calm me down.. i hav no choice to luah kan smuaa.. krg bjaruk ...nyawa ku yg kpisan..so let it b cmani dlu goin thru d stages as i said b4... god bless me~~... amiiinnnnn...

7 Rapids Weight Loss Tips

Rapid weight loss happens when you burn fat and cleanse toxins out of your body. You can do that several ways. Here are a few of them.

4. Cut out soda pop. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday instead. Doing this one thing can really aid rapid weight loss by flushing toxins and helping build muscle.

5. Gradually begin to work out. The temptation is to start lifting weights and jogging everyday. Your body is probably not ready for this. Consult your physician before beginning any life changing work out routine.

6. Here is a killer for many people. You need to cut way back or eliminate alcohol. It is rich in sugar and carbohydrates and it actually aids in your body storing fat.

7. One last thing is to change it up a little. This includes your diet and your workout routine. Rapid weight loss is more effective when you stick with it. Starting and stopping diet and exercise is hard on your system.

Being consistent is good not only for rapid weight loss, but long term weight loss as well.
