Macam-Macam Ada dis week

its friday, 4.11am. At d moment, i woke up at 1am tadi, tdur since balik kaja pkl1+pm n tdur around 2pm..kna banguni sungkai minum den tdur balik... wehehehe..dvery d sleeping beauty ku.. LALAH! mlm kmarin sungkai wit my gurls amoy, vv, cnah, ckom n dwen d restoran Rizal Lambak. again me n dwen d latecomers!! hahaha..dis time much much late! like azan udh kmi still d jln hiway nuju airport x tu kn Wen kan hehe.. (actually kmi sungkai dgn mini Merci chocs) but we manage to take order thru d fon. i ate chix steak.. nyampaikan hajat..tercapai udh hajatku and tomyam seafoodddd...aku tukang habiskn kuah tomyam, smpaikn ku putik dri bowl cdwen,ckom cnah n vv heheh (nda pemalu)..mun sodap..fav btahun2 udh tomyam sana. durang yang lain mcm nda sukaaa sja pilihan rstoranku atu hahaah.. nda apa wah most of dem nda pernah sana..skurang2 nya dey know, tpi mcm aku jua sj yg labih selera mkn tpi nasi ku nda abis. FULL capacity udh tummy ku.
after d rest balik tinggal me,cnah,amoy n dwen..hav a chit chat kjap..den *kwang-kwnag-kwang* mlarat tia kn bjln ke Mall wic was my idea kn mliat baju... den pkl10 kali..AGAIN melarat..amoy thirsty n request bwa mnum..where to? CoffeeBean Gdg >> aiming for double-decker 3layers cheese cake.. as we arrived.. dissappointed lg wit cake atu nada.. dey said dey change d menu of cakes daily kh weekly ndaku brapa mndgr jua. each of us ordered different cake wic was all cheese-based!! huhuhu...cheesy nite huh. creta punya creta.. yg berfaedah n nda berfaedah, its almost 12am..wic sdg siuk2 kmi bceta, i realized there was an old man sitting at d very corner towards d wall next to the coffeebean entrance (kami dduk dluar).. its kinda dark n dat man wore black jacket..nda brapa nampak rupanya ada org dat corner..wic i assume he had been dduk dsana batah udh, facing us..sounds scary ah.. psl d way ia liat LAIN!! errkk.... mcm liat dr atas kbawah..kmi lgi dduk mcm2 gaya..ada kaki naik atas paha, ada tgn naik nmpk armpit haha (mbe lah nda plg ku mliat nmpk ka nda kseksian armpit mu Nah ah :p ..mbe punggung2 kami lgi..aduii..takuttt..tarus plg bpnyap balik heheh.. antar cnah n amoy parked their car dpn Bismi Hsbc.. sbalah NBT. Dwen insist kn bgambar d NBT ah arh apa tu namanya...(dlm utak ada tpi nda d word tuk structure for raya theme yg ada d NBT ah).. syg nya nada camera.. tpi kn turun malu jua heheh..


NbtrayaAt NBT, took pix dr jauh sja using Nokia 6680 4.5mm lens.. 1.3mega pix. eh batah juaku kn bali dg cam ani... duit duit duit...



Btw d day b4 me n dwen bjaur ke pusat belia, liat kueh-mueh biskut2an yg kna jual..usul mcm nda banyak..tpi ckali dbali nda jua krasahan like i spent B$55. mcm bgi kata2 jua mbali biskut2 ah..like almond biscuit coated w choc sauce 24 small pcs for B$7... mcm baik plg mbali chocolate bar d supermarket.. napakn typical kueh for raya only? can we serve dis biscuits during hari2 biasa.. hhmmm.. its Asian raya CULTURE...Kueh cDwen sbenarnya bdagang d pusat blia jua promoting her biskut raya hahaha.. jgn marah Wen. After dr sana mncari mango cheese kmi kmi lg ke SweetDeli n Mums.. tpi nda jdi ke Mums Wen ah.. siap sma dwen, ia balik.. met Amoy ku lg d Pasar Rmadhan next to Royal Regalia.bali penyungkaian..coz Amoy sungkai drumah.. i tink spnjang puasa ani, ckali dstadium, ckali dgerai bndar ani ku bali pnyungkaian.. nda brapa suka mbali dluar..rancau mata. Amoy tdur drumh but by 4am ia balik..mun esuk nya nda kraja grenti nda pyh balik tu...tho amoy dsini aku yg tdur awal by 9pm udh..ndaku tlayan c amoy bceta hahah ngantuk. BUT i overslept bgn pkl 740 am..adoiii..my working hour is by 730am shud b in d office udh..poor me! sahur pn nda sal nda sadar kn bgnkn.

eh its 4.50am now.. ngantuk th ku balik.. BYE...azan subuh udh tu.. n by 8.30 hav to go to work (part time) at telanai.. lalalalala...btw is my hijrah birthday today 27th Rmadhan heheh.."happy day to me" bah tdur kuuuu!!!!!!!

7 Rapids Weight Loss Tips

6. Here is a killer for many people. You need to cut way back or eliminate alcohol. It is rich in sugar and carbohydrates and it actually aids in your body storing fat.

7. One last thing is to change it up a little. This includes your diet and your workout routine. Rapid weight loss is more effective when you stick with it. Starting and stopping diet and exercise is hard on your system.

Being consistent is good not only for rapid weight loss, but long term weight loss as well.
