Eat,Crave & Munch subuh2 :)

corresponding 2ur blog ComCom heheh.. in fact im jealous to hear n read ur blogs.. like hany jua.. late malam tsliur of sumtin, hav ur hubby 2bring u out *eerrmm...* dat part 2b exact ehehe.. nda ku sedih jeles ckit2 sja.. tsliur cake tgh2 mlm ani nada jua org kn dkusut.. *bwoh!! dun tell me pnyakit ku kn dtg lgi* sob..sob.. ok ok under controll -no more tears-

talking bout pop me..is it d 1 yg mee in d mug ka Com? if so jes mke sure jgn pkai dfoam cup to pour in d hot water..transfer dlu in a bowl kh..bcos d styrofoam thingy wil react wit boild water n secrete sumkind of chemicals wic is not good 4our body.. (adoiii..sorg2 tia kn jdi duktur cni ani hehehe jgn trasa hany..dats d best part of us..ckp directly but beibun but benefit us all kkeke)


The worst part of me.. aku pn baru jua lpas mkn indo mee -hahahhah- 1st i ate my Patchi remainder yg ampai2 dbilik ku, pakal sj siang posa..mun nda thn lpas udh abis ku mkn kekek.. den went down kdapur mkn bubur nasi+ayam (wic actually mknan org damam drumh ani, my sis n bro damam panas,mudahan nda mnjangkit aku amiinnn.. my damam era was june til august last time, never had more worst than that)... sambil mkn bubur atu tdi i cookd maggi indo mee atu .. again while doin dat..ngacau2 labih sayur dlm belanga (yg tinggal sdikit (d1 i cookd msa sungkai, wic is nyamaannnn.. mcm ada msam2, mbe bcoz i mixd wit fish cake n tomatoes atu.. *slluurrppp...* n end my meal wit a cup of tea.. n now fnishing up wit my few pcs patchi left as dessert heheheh..

ehh.. its almost 3:30am now..better mke my move 2bed now..krg at 9:00 lg kraja *huh* bila kn kna byar gaji ah :/ ok then...c ya.. good morning evry1 n have nice sahur ..

p/s: hey dwen, hav i rport on our sungkai wit my kids dskulah ka in my blog ani? if alum krg siang ku buat..mcm sudah tpi nda ku ingat n malas ku kn check lgi...

7 Rapids Weight Loss Tips

6. Here is a killer for many people. You need to cut way back or eliminate alcohol. It is rich in sugar and carbohydrates and it actually aids in your body storing fat.

7. One last thing is to change it up a little. This includes your diet and your workout routine. Rapid weight loss is more effective when you stick with it. Starting and stopping diet and exercise is hard on your system.

Being consistent is good not only for rapid weight loss, but long term weight loss as well.
